How do you have to proceed if you want us to clean your home?

1. Get in contact with us via phone, email or visit our office

2. Choose one of our cleaning services and tell us your homes' location so we can set the date and time for the cleaning

3. Leave your apartment keys at your reception or in our office

4. Pay directly to our cleaners, pay in our office or just leave the total amount on your dining table in your home

5. After the cleaning we will leave your keys on your Reception or in our office, as you prefer

1. Standard Cleaning includes:

 

General (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathrooms, Living and Dining Rooms):

• Clean front door

• Sweep and mop floors

• Vacuum carpet and rugs

• Remove trash and replace bags

• Remove cobwebs

• Dust baseboards

• Dust mini blinds

• Dust ceiling fans

 

Kitchen:

• Clean sink and wipe counter tops

• Wipe down outside of appliances

• Clean inside of microwave

• Decrease stovetop

• Place one load of dishes in dishwasher (Please empty dishwasher before our crew arrives)

 

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect sink and wipe counter tops

• Clean and disinfect in and around toilet

• Clean and disinfect shower and/or tub

• Clean mirrors

• Wipe cabinet exterior

 

Bedrooms:

• Make bed (Please leave clean sheets on bed if you wish our crew to replace old ones)

• Dust furniture and picture frames

• Pick up things and arrange them

 

 

Living Room, Dining Room and Common Areas:

• Dust furniture and picture frames

• Pick up things and arrange them

 

 

2. Move-in/Move-out:

Move-in/Move-out includes standard cleaning plus all our Special Services.
